About Country Club Heights

Country Club Heights is an older established neighborhood located on the Eastern side of Lake Elsinore, just off the 15 freeway. Here you will find homes with views that expand from the city to the lake itself. Most of the homes in Country Club Heights were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s, and are situated on down sloped lots to capitalize on the expansive views.

Commuters who reside in Country Club Heights love the fact that Ortega Highway is easily accessible from this area, as are the 15 & 215 freeways. Schools in this district include Cottonwood Canyon Elementary, Canyon Lake Middle School, and Lakeside High School.

Lake Elsinore is one of many lakes in the area that have outdoor recreation opportunities. There is plenty to do with hiking, biking, boating, wakeboarding, and water skiing, as well as sport fishing and bird watching. And extreme sports like skydiving, mountain biking, and hang gliding are the norm here. Qualified ski boaters can train for tournaments in the Inlet Channel of Lake Elsinore which offers several courses.
